For health and sanitation purposes, we unfortunately do not accept returns of items that have been tried on. Please email email@example.com to request a return/exchange form. This applies for defective items as well, which will be replaced for you at no additional charge. Island 360 is not responsible for shipping fees that should incur if a customer returns unwanted items. A fee of $5 cash/invoiced payment per item for restocking will be required to complete any exchange a customer would like to make.
Returns/Exchanges for brands listed in the FULL Circle Marketplace will be handled by the individual retailers. Each retailer will have their contact information listed on their products. If you are still in need of assistance email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What shipping method do you use?
When will my order arrive?
You may receive multiple boxes (and tracking numbers) whenever an order is split into multiple shipments. This can be due to the quantity, size, or weight of the item(s) ordered.
Brands listed in the FULL Circle Marketplace will be shipping from their own warehouse. If you purchased an Island 360 item and an item from the FULL Circle Marketplace on the same order you will receive two shipments.

FIND YOUR SIZE: With your arms relaxed at your sides, have someone measure under your arms and over the fullest part of your chest.
FITTING: Chest is measured 1″ below armhole. Body length in the front from highest point of shoulder.
